Tableside Manners

To be a great doctor, you need great bedside manners. To be a great server, you need great tableside manners: eye contact, hand gestures, the way you speak and your overall attitude. In this video, two servers, Jane and James, present the specials and serve their guests. One of them sets an excellent example, the other one really doesn't.

Be a pedagogical inspector! You are inspecting Jane and James before their exam. Watch the video extracts and write a report on each of them.
