Handwashing
We all learned to wash our hands at a very young age. But if you want to work as a food handler, you need to relearn this task the proper way, following the Health Department guidelines: when to wash your hands (after using the bathroom, touching your face, handling raw meat, sneezing or taking out the garbage...), and the different steps for washing and drying them properly.
